Covid-Safe Message

Whilst amid a global situation, we want to reassure everyone that we are open for business and ensuring both our guest’s and our staff’s safety is top priority. We are monitoring the situation daily and will make changes as required by the state and federal government regulations.
To answer some FAQs

Is it safe to tour in Sydney?
Fortunately, Sydney is a spacious city with lots of parkland, stunning coastline and water based experiences. We are able to design experiences that keep our guests away from crowds or enclosed spaces and that expose them to unique, hidden pockets of Sydney they likely wouldn’t discover on their own.

What if I need to cancel?
If you feel it is absolutely necessary that you need to cancel due to Covid-19 related causes, we will not charge any cancellation fees as long as you cancel in writing more than 24 hours before your experience. If there is an unavoidable reason for cancelling due to Covid-19 within 24 hours of your experience, no fees will be charged.

What extra precautions are you taking?
We have implemented precautions over and above our normal sanitation routines. We use commercial grade sanitiser on our vehicles between every experience. We provide our guests with hand sanitiser and sealed Australian bottled water. Gloves and masks are available upon request.

We have published a strict Covid-Safe protocol for all of the suppliers we work with and this is examined routinely. In the case of a government directive to terminate our experiences, we will inform all our guests via email, phone and social media pages.
